Today begins a new month, a month of counting our blessings and being grateful for what we have. This is also a busy couple of months for me with birthdays and Christmas. I also try to work more on my writing. The holidays can be a stressful time for everyone, so it’s always a good thing to remember to take a step back, breathe, and count your blessings. Some people like to do this by meditating, reading their favorite author, listening to music, going to a quiet place, watching their favorite movie, or by doing whatever it is that they find relaxing and helps them to de-stress. If you don’t allow yourself that time to take a step back and breathe the stress builds up and can make you sick. What are some ways you like to de-stress?
